Wadi Al Tayeb Oud Company is committed to guaranteeing its products through these terms and conditions.

1. Wadi Al Tayeb Oud Company guarantees that its musk and oud oil products are free from any harmful effects on the skin and that its products are free from any chemical substances that cause allergies or have harmful effects.
2. Wadi Al Tayeb Oud guarantees that its air fresheners, bedding, and perfumes are free of any unusable materials, and we guarantee the safety of these products on the skin and all textiles.
3. Wadi Al Tayeb Oud Company guarantees that its saffron products are free from adulteration, artificial colors, or any other foreign materials. All saffron products are 100% natural and original.

Receipt period

At Wadi Al Tayeb, we rely on external delivery services, so the delivery period is approximate depending on the company chosen by the customer. Note that we are committed to providing shipments within a maximum period of 15 days from the order date for local orders, and in the case of international orders, the period will be a maximum of 30 days.

We also disclaim any responsibility for any delays that occur due to incorrect data, such as failure to send identity details for international orders, failure of the customer to obtain the necessary approvals if requested from the customs of the receiving country (the customer's country), failure to send the exact location to the delivery representative, or redirecting the shipment to a location other than that mentioned in the order, etc.

How to try the product

The customer has the right to return the products after trying them out if the product does not suit the customer's taste or for any other reason.

• Incense products are tested with a small piece of incense, and the amount will be returned after the product is examined and its safety is confirmed.
• Musk and oud oil products are tested by placing a few drops of the product on a piece of cloth or tissue to avoid contact with the skin.
• The customer has the right to return saffron products in their original condition only, in order to ensure the public safety of Wadi Al Tayeb products.
