- Wadi Al Tayeb Oud Company guarantees that its musk and oud oil products are safe from any harmful effects on the skin and that its products are free from any chemicals that cause allergies or have a harmful effect.
- Wadi Al Tayeb Oud Company guarantees the safety of air fresheners, linens and perfumes from any unusable materials, and we guarantee the safety of these products on the skin and all textiles.
- Wadi Al Tayeb Oud Company guarantees the purity of its saffron products, ensuring they are free from adulteration, artificial colors, or any other foreign substances. All saffron products are 100% natural and authentic.
Delivery time
At Wadi Al Tayeb store, we rely on external delivery services, and therefore the delivery time is approximate depending on the company chosen by the customer. Note that we are committed to providing shipments within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of the order for local orders, and in the case of international orders, the period will be a maximum of 30 days.
We also disclaim all responsibility for any delays caused by incorrect data, such as failure to send identity details for international orders, failure of the customer to obtain the necessary approvals if requested by the customs of the receiving country (the customer's country), failure to send the exact location to the delivery representative, or redirecting the shipment to a location not mentioned in the order, etc.
How to test the product
The customer has the right to return the products after trying them if the product is not suitable for the customer's taste or for any other reason.
- For incense products, the test is done with a small piece of incense for testing, and the money is refunded after the product is examined and its safety is confirmed.
- Offers (Give the product as a gift or give half of it to you as a gift if you find it elsewhere or it doesn't suit you) only include one ounce or three ounce quantities.
- Musk and oud oil products can be tested by placing drops of the product on a piece of cloth or tissue to avoid contact with the skin.
- The customer has the right to return saffron products only in their original condition, in order to ensure the general safety of Wadi Al Tayeb products.
