How to try products

The customer has the right to return the products after trying them out if the product does not suit the customer's taste or if the order does not match the description.

• Incense products are tested with a small piece of incense, and the amount will be returned after the product is examined and its safety is confirmed.
• Musk and oud oil products are tested by placing a few drops of the product on a piece of cloth or tissue to avoid contact with the skin.
• Perfume products are subject to a free sample trial available within the perfume. The perfume cannot be returned after opening the main box.

Note: The golden warranty period is one week from the date of receipt.

In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the product, he/she must contact customer service via the WhatsApp number on the website. The customer service representative will send a copy of the return policy to the customer. The customer must deliver the product within 3 business days of receiving the return policy to the nearest branch of the shipping company, otherwise the return will be considered void.

Note: The terms of exchange and return do not apply to orders executed according to the customer’s request, cover-up orders, or orders executed using cashback coupons or through competitions, as they are non-refundable, non-returnable, or exchangeable.

Returns made via payment methods (Mada - Apple Pay - Visa - MasterCard - Tabby - Tamara - STC Pay) will be processed within 3-7 business days from the date of receipt of the order.

Refunds are subject to the receiving bank and once the refund is executed through Wadi Al Tayeb Al Oud, the process is subject to the conditions of the receiving bank. The return period after executing the return process usually ranges from two to 24 working days (Wadi Al Tayeb Al Oud has no role in accelerating or delaying the return period, as it is within the jurisdiction of the receiving bank or the intermediary company such as Tabby or Tamara).

*If you use more than 3 grams of natural oud or 5 grams of refined oud, the entire amount used will be deducted based on the price of the lowest unit of measurement for the product.

Note: Wadi Al Tayeb Oud has the right to refuse a return or exchange of the entire order in the following cases:

Tampering with the product, for example, breaking the oud wood into small pieces

Using oud oil directly on the skin

Apply musk directly to the skin

The order did not arrive in good condition, for example, the outer packaging was damaged due to the product not being repackaged in the condition it arrived in.

Failure to deliver the product to the shipping company branch within 72 hours of receiving the policy.

The shipping company representative fails to deliver the returned product when contacting the customer, even if the shipping company offers door-to-door pickup.

Proof of intent to defraud the return and exchange systems or competition systems, including:

• Fictitious orders under different names for the purpose of participating in competitions or entering raffles through external parties or through Wadi Al Tayeb Oud if the competition requires a purchase from the store.
