How to test products

The customer has the right to return the products after trying them if the product does not suit the customer's taste or if the order is contrary to the description.

• For incense products, the test is done with a small piece of incense for testing, and the money is refunded after the product is examined and its safety is confirmed.
• Musk and oud oil products can be tested by placing drops of the product on a piece of cloth or tissue to avoid contact with the skin.
• Perfume products include a free sample trial available in the perfume box, and the perfume cannot be returned after the main box has been opened.

Note: The gold warranty period is one week from the date of receipt.

If the customer does not want the product, they should contact customer service via WhatsApp on the website. The customer service representative will send a photo of the return policy to the customer, and the customer must deliver the product within 3 working days of receiving the return policy to the nearest branch of the shipping company, or the return will be considered void.

Note: The exchange and refund provisions do not apply to orders executed according to the customer's request, orders placed under cover, orders executed using cashback coupons, or through competitions, as they are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Returned orders made through payment methods (Mada - Apple Pay - Visa - MasterCard - STC Pay) will have their refund amounts processed within 3-7 working days from the date of receiving the order.

The refund process is subject to the receiving bank's terms and conditions, and once the refund is processed through Wadi Al Tayeb for Oud, the processing of the transaction is subject to the receiving bank's terms and conditions. *If more than 3 grams of natural oud or 5 grams of enhanced oud are used, the entire quantity used will be deducted based on the price of the lowest unit of measurement for the product.

The order did not arrive in good condition, for example, the outer packaging was damaged because the product was not repackaged in the condition it arrived in.

Failure to deliver the product to the shipping company branch within 24 hours of receiving the bill of lading.

The shipping company representative failed to deliver the product to be returned when the representative contacted the customer.
