How to test products
The customer has the right to return the products after trying them if the product does not suit the customer's taste or if the order is contrary to the description.
Note: The gold warranty period is one week from the date of receipt.
If the customer does not want the product, they should contact customer service via WhatsApp on the website. The customer service representative will send a photo of the return policy to the customer, and the customer must deliver the product within 3 working days of receiving the return policy to the nearest branch of the shipping company, or the return will be considered void.
Note: The exchange and refund provisions do not apply to orders executed according to the customer's request, orders placed under cover, orders executed using cashback coupons, or through competitions, as they are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

*If more than 3 grams of natural oud or 5 grams of enhanced oud are used, the entire quantity used will be deducted based on the price of the lowest unit of measurement for the product.
